Circus play for children from first steps to age 4 and their adults! Through imaginative play, games and physical activities children will learn about body awareness, movement, listening, coordination and creativity. This parent & child class teaches fabric climbing, acro balancing, tightrope walking, aerial hoop, hula-hooping and trapeze swinging.
Each class is one hour.
LITTLE STARS CIRCUS CLASSES
Circus fun and fitness on aerial hoop, trapeze and silks with ground based skill fun days for 4-12 year olds.
Mini Stars 4-7 years
Junior Stars 8-12 years
Each class is one and a half hours
CHILDRENS YOGA FLOW
A gentle aerial yoga class made fun for children with interactive stories designed to deliver stretching & strengthening benefits.
The class takes place on a yoga silk sling & is one hour
TEEN CIRCUS FITNESS
Aerial fitness for teenagers - learn tricks on hoop, trapeze & silks as well as some ground based activities. Classes are orientated towards developing strength, muscular endurance & flexibility.
From age 13 up
Each class is one hour.
ADULTS AERIAL FITNESS CLASSES
Fitness and skills on aerial equipment for adults. A low impact but tough workout which strengthens the whole body and can burn between 300 and 400 calories per hour.

AERIAL YOGA
Aerial Yoga for fitness is a class for adults. It involves performing a series of exercises, inspired by yoga, Pilates, calisthenics and aerial acrobatics in a hammock-like apparatus, in order to achieve a total-body workout.
Each class is one hour.
AERIAL YOGA FOR SENIORS
Gentle aerial yoga for older people is a class which combines traditional yoga poses, Pilates and dance with the use of a fabric hammock. Aerial yoga allows older people to achieve a workout which is gentle but with the benefits of stretching and strengthening.
